William Richardson Phillips Ii

January 31, 1928 — August 16, 2005

William R. Phillips, age 77, of St. Helen, passed away at West Branch Regional Medical Center after a brief illness. He had lived in St. Helen since 1993, formerly of Utica. He was a member of the Hope Lutheran Church of St. Helen and the Houghton Lake Elks Club #1982. Mr. Phillips is survived by his wife Nancy Phillips of St. Helen, children, William Richardson "Rick" (Gail) Phillips III of Kingsville, Ontario, Canada, Robin Phillips DeMuynck of Mt. Clemens and Janice Phillips Piacentini of Lake Orion, stepchildren, Douglas (April) Ingledue of Macomb Township, Pamela Ingledue (Kurt) Geis of Shelby Township, Karen Ingledue (Brian) Beltz of St. Helen and Jeffrey (Carolyn) Ingledue of New York, NY, grandchildren, Amy and Stacie Phillips, Alicia and Rocco Piacentini, Scott DeMuynck, stepgrandchildren, Amanda Geis, Steward and Jason Beltz, Ashley Geis, Taylor and Connor Ingledue, another grandchild due in October and great-grandchildren, Myranda, Dylan and Myles Phillips. Also surviving is his sister, Donna Jean (Dean) Palmer of Windsor, Ontario, Canada. He was preceded in death by his sister, Marilyn Bauer. Visitation at the Hope Lutheran Church in St. Helen will begin on Saturday, August 20, 2005 at 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service at 11:00 A.M. Rev. Andrew Gruenhagen will officate.
