William J. Weiler

William J. Weiler, age 65 of West Branch, passed away Sunday, December 20, 2009 at his home. William had lived in West Branch for the past 11 years, formerly of Oakland County. He was a member of the American Legion in St. Helen and he enjoyed hunting, fishing, woodworking, camping, tubing and canoeing. He was preceded in death by his parents Joseph B. and Thelma (Peters) Weiler, a sister Joan and a brother Joseph. William is survived by his wife Hattie Weiler of West Branch, children, Shea Lynn (David) Sessions, Deanna Maddox and Stacey Edward (Melinda) Weiler all of Ft. Smith, Arkansas, and Ab Napier Jr. of Kincheloe, 6 grandchildren, Lauren, Christopher, Lexi, Jason, Jayden and Dominic, his brother, Wayne (Laura) Weiler of Roscommon, many nieces and nephews and a whole bunch of friends. Visistation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch will begin on Wednesday, December 23, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 3:00 p.m. Rev. Dan Stoneback will officiate. Burial will take place at Christian Memorial Cemetery, Rochester Hills, MI.
