William H. Beach

William H. Beach, age 84, passed away on Wednesday, November 22, 2006 at West Branch Regional Medical Center. William was a resident of St. Helen since 1978, formerly of Madison Heights. He was a member and past-president of the American Legion Post #46, was a sergeant in the U.S. Army during World War II and received the Purple Heart and Silver Star. William enjoyed fishing, woodworking and was an artist. Surviving family members include his son William H. Beach, Jr. of St. Helen, daughter Judy Annoni of Troy; 7 grandchildren, William, Bryan, Jennifer, Joanna, Nina, Shanna, Simon and 10 great-grandchildren. Also surviving William is his sister Margot Ann (Art) of Port Huron and brothers Donald (Joyce) Beach of Port Huron and David (Karen) Ammon of Lapeer. William was preceded in death by his wife Bettijean in 1993. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Helping Hands
