William F. French

William F. French, age 64, passed away at the West Branch Regional Medical Center, Saturday February 5, 2005. William has been a resident of Alger since 1998 previously of Sterling Heights where he lived for 27 years. William belonged to the St. Joseph Catholic Church of Alger. He also worked many years for the Chrysler Corporation at the Plant in Warren, MI. William is survived by his wife of 43 years Judith C. (Beltz) French of Alger; Daughter- Colleen (John Paul) Buchowski of Sterling Hts.; Son- Duane (Lisa) French of Macomb Twp.; Son- Bill (Kristen) French of Washington; Daughter- Kelli Anne (Darrel) Martin of Memphis,MI. Thirteen Grandchildren Ryan, William, Nicholas, Christopher, Kayla, Zachary, Jacob, Chandler, Cody, Matthew, Benjamin, Amanda and Mitchell. One sister- Leone LaRoche of Troy, two special young ladies Sabrina and Emily, and a stepgrandson- Mark Tallman. William is preceded in death by a son- Gerald Wayne, five sistes- Geraldine Sylwesterek, Julia Schultz, Esther Mindy, Florence Bianco, Laura Gerth, and two brothers- Frank and Sonny Gerth. Visitation in West Branch will be held Sunday February 6, 2005 from 1-9 PM at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch. The Funeral Mass will be held Monday February 7, 2005 at 2:00 PM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Alger,MI. Father Jerome Neidemeyer will officiate. Visitation in Utica will be held Tueday February 8, 2005 from 1-9 PM at Sullivan Funeral Home in Utica. The Funeral will be held Wednesday February 9, 2005 at 2:00PM at the Funeral Home in Utica. David Pranger will officiate.
