William "Billy" Fredrick Matt Jr.

William “ Billy” Fredrick Matt Jr. age 45, passed away on Friday, January 22, 2016 at his home in St. Helen, MI. He was a resident of St. Helen since 2007, formerly of Gladwin. Billy was born in Midland to William Sr. and Paulette Matt on March 28, 1970. He married Christine Marie Christner on March 3, 2007 in St. Helen. He enjoyed trapping, ice fishing, fishing and hunting.

Billy is survived by his wife, Christine of St. Helen, MI, daughters, Alexandria Matt of Midland, MI, and Lovanna Matt of St. Helen, MI, son, Caleb Matt of Saginaw, stepsons, Joe Davis and Justin Lisiecki both of Fort Walton Beach, FL, and stepson, Joshua Lisiecki of St. Helen, mother, Paulette Matt and stepdad, Joseph Scott of Midland, sister, Barb (Amjed) Syed of Midland and uncle, Larry (Linda) Shangle of Sanford. Preceded in death by father, William Fredrick Matt, Sr.

Visitation at Lake St Helen Baptist Church in St. Helen will begin Tuesday, January 26, 2016 from 12:00 p.m. until time of service at 2:00 p.m. Pastor Roger Green will officiate.
