William "Bill" Leroy Mayhew

William Leroy “Bill” Mayhew, age 54, passed away on Friday, September 5, 2014 in Lupton, MI. Bill has lived in Lupton for most of his life. He was born to DuWayne Mayhew and Joyce (Sims) Peterson on July 19, 1960 in West Branch, MI. Bill loved to play bingo with Commission on Aging. Bill is survived by his mother, Joyce Peterson of Grayling, MI; siblings: Joe (Julia) Mayhew of Menkone, AL, Celia (John) Swim of Acworth, GA, and Jo (Chris) Millikin of Grayling, MI; half siblings: Tressia Estep of Prudenville, MI, Kevin Estep of Waters, MI, Drew White of Mentone, AL, and Robbie (Shannon) Hopkins of Houghton Lake, MI; nieces and nephews: John, Jessie, Jamie, Candace, Heather, Nichole, Melissa, Pamula, Lawrence, Dale, Joey and Cheyenne. He is preceded in death by his father DuWayne Mayhew and grandfather, Andy Mayhew. A Memorial Service has been held. Memorial Contributions may be made to your local Humane Society in honor of Bill. Arrangements were handled by Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in Rose City, MI.
