Willard Letain Kennedy

Willard L. Kennedy, age 89 of St. Helen, passed away Friday, September 18, 2015. Bill was born on August 27, 1926 to Mather and Reba Kennedy in Cardwell, MO. Bill had lived in St. Helen since 1995, formerly of Waterford. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and golfing.

Bill is survived by son, Rodney (Connie) Kennedy of Springfield, MO, son, James (Rebecca) Kennedy of Hale, daughter-in-law, Kathy Kennedy of Lupton, daughter, Susie (Bob) Burns of Highland, daughter, Peggy (Ronald) Bell of San Antonio, FL, 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Also surviving is Uncle Bob Pack and family, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by wife, Mary Kennedy and son, Bill Kennedy.

There will be a service held on Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, MI at 12:30 PM with military honors.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
