Wesley R. Brock

Wesley R. Brock, age 69, of West Branch, passed away on Wednesday, October 4, 2006 at Timberview Village in Frederic. He had lived in West Branch since 1997, formerly of Magnolia, TX. He was a member of the Teamsters and the Ogemaw Hill Free Methodist Church. He enjoyed working on small engines, woodcrafts, fishing and traveling. Wesley is survived by his wife, MaryAnn (Thompson) Brock of West Branch, children, Sheryl (Andy) Brown, Janie (Donald) Pitre, Norman (Crystal) Brock and Jimmy (Melissa) Brock all of Magnolia, TX, Scott (Tracy) Kapanke of Goose Creek, SC, and Joshua (Trista) Brock of Mountain Home, ID, 19 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, his brothers, Randall Brock of Carlsbad, NM, and Wilburn (Jan) Brock of Cleveland, MS, his sisters, Earlene Peeples of Hobbs, NM and Patricia (David) Browder of Waipahu, HI, his mother-in-law, Alice Thompson and brother-in-law, James (Victoria) Thompson both of West Branch and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. The family will receive friends at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 21, 2006 at the Ogemaw Hills Free Methodist Church in West Branch until the time of the service at 11:00 a.m. Victor Schreffler, Sr. Pastor will officiate. Memorial Contributions may be made to Hospice of Michigan, Gaylord.
