Wayne Richard Winter

Wayne R. Winter, age 77, passed away on Friday, April 21, 2017 at his home in West Branch. He had lived in West Branch, MI all of his life. Wayne was born on May 5, 1939 in West Branch, MI to Donald and Francis (Druley) Winter. He attended St. Joseph Catholic Church, and loved hunting, fishing, playing baseball, bowling, and woodworking.

Wayne is survived by his sons, Norman (Jonna) Winter of Alger, MI, David (Chris) Winter and Dennis (Carol) Winter, both of West Branch, MI; daughters, Sherry (Mike) Galazin of Broken Arrow, OK, and Carey (Vince) Ferrari of Ray, MI. Gandchildren, John Galazin, Mary (Justin) Galazin, Jedson (Emilee) Winter, Wayne (Priscilla) Winter, Tyler Winter (Kristin Fink), Kyle Winter, Frank Ferrari, George Ferrari, and Jacob Ferrari. 6 precious great grandchildren, sister, Joyce (Roger) Remilong of West Branch, brothers, Louis (Crystal) Winter of West Branch, and Roger Winter of Flint.

A Memorial Service will be held at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at 1:00PM, with visitation starting at 11:00AM.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to family in memory of Wayne R. Winter.
