Walter Eugene Partlo Jr.

Walter “Eugene” Partlo Jr., age 63, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, February 3, 2019 at his home in West Branch. He had lived in West Branch his entire life. Walter Eugene was born on December 30, 1955 in West Branch to Walter and MaryLou (Hamilton) Partlo. He worked for Taylor Door for over 40 years and enjoyed hunting, fishing, golf, bowling, kayaking the Rifle River, collecting coins, and mushroom hunting.

Walter Eugene is survived by his children, Walter E. (Amanda) Partlo III of Inver Grove Heights, MN, Heidi (Jerry) Bailey of Saginaw and Joseph (Diamond Nagle) Partlo of Warren; mother, MaryLou Cornman of East Tawas; grandchildren, Madeline, Eloise, Henry, Zach, Mikalya, Jonathon, Joseph, Nick, Aaron, Gage and Renette; brother, Harold (Delta) Partlo of West Branch; sister, Tamara Partlo of West Branch; nephew, Jamie Thaxton of West Branch; and many good friends. He is preceded in death by his father and wife, Peggy.

Per his wishes, cremation has taken place.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 8, 2019 at the Rifle River Rec in Lupton, MI..
