Viola M. Cook

Viola M. Cook, age 83 of West Branch, passed away Monday January 3, 2011 at West Branch Regional Medical Center. Viola had lived in West Branch since 2006 formerly of Hazel Park and Paris TN. Survivors include her children, Joseph Cook IV of West Branch, Janice Bratton of Paris, TN and Patricia Hougari of Hillman, 12 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Joseph in 1980 and her brother Russell French. Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch will begin on Thursday, January 6, 2011 from 2-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday at the funeral home. Rev. Dan Stoneback will officiate. Burial will take place at Roseland Park Cemetery in Berkley.
