Vicki Sue Rakowski

Vicki Sue Rakowski, age 69, passed away on Thursday, January 7, 2021, at the Toni & Trish House in Auburn, MI. She was born on September 3, 1951, in West Branch, MI to Leonard and Lucille (O’Farrell) Dunn. Vicki was raised in Freeland and resided in Bay City. She was employed as a Medical Transcriptionist for many years in Saginaw and East Tawas.

Vicki is survived by her loving sisters Wendy (Chuck) Gould of Brighton, Debbie (Tom) Forsberg of Gladwin, Monica (Larry) Rose of Holland, stepdaughter Paralee (Shawn) Henderson of Ohio and her close friend, Tom Page. She was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Lucille Dunn, her beloved son, Jeffrey Bailey, her husband, Marvin Rakowski, and her stepson, Steven Rakowski.

Vicki was a very generous, giving and caring person. She cherished her dog Patches.

Per her wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

The family would like to thank the staff at Toni & Trish House and Heartland Hospice for their tender loving care in her last days.
