Vernon Robert Warren

Vernon Robert Warren, age 64, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at his home in West Branch, MI. He had lived in West Branch for most of his life. Vern was born on May 31, 1953 in Roscommon County, MI to James and Caroline (Dankert) Warren. He married Bonnie Zettle in West Branch on September 28, 1974. Vern was a lifetime member of the NRA. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, making toboggans, tinkering on engines in his garage, spending time at the family cabin in the UP, and spending time with his family and friends in his garage.

Vern is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Bonnie Warren of West Branch; daughter, Brandy (Kurt Trout) Warren of West Branch; father, James Warren of West Branch; brothers, Tony (Kathy) Warren of Pinconning, MI, Michael (Connie) Warren of Rose City, MI and Russel (Ginger) Warren of West Branch; sisters in law, Trudy McDaniels of West Branch and Tena (Richard) Troyer of Luzerne, MI; brother in law, Tom (Caren) Zettle of West Branch; and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his mother, Caroline Warren and side kick, Abby Jo.

A Memorial Service will be held at Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch on Saturday, November 11, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. with visitation starting at 10:00 a.m. Rev. Tim Dibble will officiate.
