Trudy A. Thompson

Trudy A. Thompson, age 67 of West Branch, passed away Monday, October 17, 2011 at her home. Trudy was born on October 23, 1943 in West Branch and lived there for most of her life. She graduated from West Branch High School in 1962 and was employed by McLaren Regional Medical Center in Flint and Tolfree Memorial Hospital in West Branch before retiring. Trudy is survived by her twin sister Judy Thompson of Midland and brothers Dr. Randy (Kathy) Thompson, Patrick Thompson and Todd (Mindy) Thompson and her sister, Susan (Jerry) Conyer all of West Branch. Also surviving are her nieces and nephews Kim, Kraig, Kurt, Kory, Heather, Dustin, Ashley, Eleisha and Logan, 5 great nieces and nephews and many aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Jean Thompson. Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch will begin on Friday, October 21, 2011 from 2-9 p.m. On Saturday, visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 2:00 p.m. Rev. Dan Stoneback will officiate with burial following at Brookside Cemetery, West Branch.
