Timothy Francis Neibauer

November 3, 1942 — March 20, 2017

Timothy Francis Neibauer, age 74, passed away on Monday, March 20, 2017 at The Villa at Rose City. He had lived in St. Helen, MI since 2008, formerly of Melvindale, MI. Tim was born on November 3, 1942 to Harold and Isla (Roulier) Neibauer in Detroit. Tim helped with the local AA program and sponsored many great individuals over the 30 years of involvement with the program. He enjoyed watching sports, especially basketball. He was a Detroit Piston fan and enjoyed spending time with his family.

Tim is survived by his children, Kevin (Brenda) Neibauer of Green Oak Twp., MI, Timothy Neibauer Jr. of Dearborn, MI, Joseph (Julie Otting) Parmelee of Canton, MI, Donald (Valerie) Pemberton of Hawaii, and Terry (Joanne) Pemberton of Canton, MI; 12 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren; and brother, Daniel (Kathy) Neibauer of Livonia, MI. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife, Doris, brother, Michael Neibauer, and step daughter, Vicki Parks.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 25, 2017 at the Quality Inn Forward Conference Center in West Branch, MI starting at 12:00 p.m.
