Thomas Thompson

Thomas B. Thompson age 76 passed away Friday, October 14, 2011 at West Branch Regional Medical Center. Thomas had been a resident of West Branch since 1991, previously of Saginaw. He was a member of the United States Marine Corps as a corporal and a member of the American Legion Post #416 in St. Helen. He was a member of the Teamsters Union as a truck driver and moved his way up to manager for Cisco for over 30 years. He enjoyed fishing and hunting. Thomas was born on October 23, 1934 to Thomas H. & Anita B. (Mueller) Thompson in Saginaw. They preceded him in death. In death he is survived by his brother, Russell H. (Jan) Thompson of Merrill, and sister Grace (Walter) Kline of Phoenix, Arizona. He leaves nephews David Kline Phoenix, Arizona and Thomas (Debra) Kline, Bay City; 2 great nieces Jaime and Angela, 2 great great nephews, Keegan and Kaleb; and a great-great niece Kalizay. A memorial service will be held at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch on Tuesday, October 18, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. Visitation will be from 12:00 - 2:00. Rev. Janet Larner will officiate.
