Thomas J. Chouinard

Thomas Chouinard, age 58 of West Branch passed away at his home. He had lived in West Branch since 1988, formerly of Madison Heights. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Mr. Chouinard is survived by his wife Shirley of West Branch, children--Deborah (Wesley) Tumblin of Fairgrove, Michelle (John) Morrison of Alger, Thomas II (Deborah) Chouinard of St. Helen, Michael (Sonya) Chouinard of North Carolina and Brett Chouinard of West Branch, 14 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter. Also surviving are his sisters, Margaret Mattie of Gaylord, Susanne DeLyon of Petoskey and brothers, Raymond Chouinard of Stockbridge and Rev. George Chouinard of West Branch. Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch will begin on Thursday October 28, 2004 from 11:00 A.M. until the time of the service at 2:00 P.M. Fr. Robert Bissot will officate.
