Thomas Arthur Hellebuyck

Thomas Arthur Hellebuyck, age 69, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, April 15, 2020 at his home in St. Helen, MI. He was born on October 3, 1950 in Mt. Clemens to Arthur and Lillian (VanDenbrouck) Hellebuyck Jr. Tom has lived in St. Helen since 2013, formerly from Shelby Twp., MI. He married Christine Cullen on April 30, 1971 in Clawson, MI. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus Council #2950 in Utica and Council #8390 in St. Helen. Tom attended St. Helen Catholic Church and sat on the finance committee. He enjoyed camping, golfing, hunting, coaching, snowmobiling and spending time with his family.

Tom is survived by his loving wife, Christine Hellebuyck of St. Helen; sons, Timothy (Natalie), Trevor (Katie), Thayne and Taylor (Stephanie); 10 grandchildren, 3 step grandchildren; brother, Joseph (Patty) Hellebuyck; and sisters, Cynthia (Raymond) Zapczynski and Donna (Timothy) Gunning. He is preceded in death by his parents.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
