Theresa Marie Moore

Theresa Marie Moore, age 28, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, September 10, 2016 at West Branch Regional Medical Center. She had lived in West Branch, MI for her entire life. Theresa was born to Douglas and Geraldine (Connolly) Hotham in West Branch on April 12, 1988. She married Paul Moore Jr. in West Branch on July 12, 2007. Theresa’s world revolved around her children. She was an amazing mother, wife, daughter, and friend. She enjoyed spending time with her family and dog, Sam.

Theresa is survived by her husband, Paul Moore of West Branch; children, Damian, Cassius, and Abigail Moore all of West Branch; father, Douglas Hotham of West Branch; siblings, Shannon (Alex) Schmidt-Schaffer, Jamie (Jason) Thomas, Douglas (Brandy) Hotham, Rebecca Hotham, Andrea Hotham, Jordan Hotham, Vincent Hotham, Jessica (Adam Daurghty) Hotham, and Jasmine Hotham; nieces and nephews, Lillian, William, Cody, Dakota, Brooklyn, Jackson, Becca, Makaylee, Gary, Dekoda, Aiden, Roxi, Xxavier, Abel, Tyson, Jaden, Casey, Isaiah, Raciel, and Caleb; grandparents, Jan Hitchcock, Walt Hotham, and Chris Hotham all of West Branch; aunt, Nancy Kaiser of Atlanta, MI; and several cousins. She is preceded in death by her mother, Geraldine Hotham and sister, Nicole Hotham.

Visitation at Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch will begin on Friday, September 16, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 p.m.
