Theresa Marie Haslip

Theresa Marie Haslip, age 83, passed away at The Brook of Grayling on Tuesday, December 5, 2017. She was formerly of Gaylord and Skidway Lake. Theresa was born on November 14, 1934 in Detroit, MI to Harvey and Elizabeth (Fisher) Griffin. She enjoyed arts and crafts, games and social gatherings with her family and friends. Theresa also enjoyed dancing and country music. She was a very loving mother who will be missed dearly.

Theresa is survived by her children, Anna Audrian of Gaylord, MI, Raymond (Cindy) Haslip of Traverse City, MI, Delores Haslip of Vanderbilt, MI, Betty (Richard) Wesanan of Johannesburg, MI, Margaret Fissette of Higgins Lake, MI, Gloria (Wayne) Horn of Cowarts, AL, Linda (Rick) Kelly of WI, Wanda (Dave) Torrey of Prudenville, MI, and Richard (Suzanne) Haslip of Rose City, MI; 18 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren 1 great great grandchild; and sister, Rose Perry of Morley, MI. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Raymond Haslip, and brother in law, Hank Perry.

Visitation at Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch will begin on Thursday, December 7, 2017 from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The funeral service will be at the funeral home on Friday, December 8, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. with visitation starting at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Richland Cemetery in Prescott, MI. Pastor Mark Hoult will officiate.
