Ted R. Schleicher

Ted Robert Schleicher, age 66, passed away on Sunday, January 6, 2019 at McLaren Bay Region in Bay City. He was born on August 20, 1952 in Detroit to Donald and Genevieve (Race) Schleicher Sr. Ted had lived in West Branch for the past 15 years, formerly of Redford Twp, MI. He married Lindy Murphy in Garden City on February 5, 1972. He enjoyed cutting trees, gardening, being outdoors, watching and feeding deer, traveling and most of all spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

Ted is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Lindy Schleicher of West Branch; son, Ted (Meredith) Schleicher Jr. of West Branch; daughters, Jody Schleicher of Redford Twp. and Kelly Schleicher of West Branch; grandchildren, Emily, Mallorey, Meaghann and Chloe; brother, Paul Schleicher of Washington Twp.; and sister, Debbie (Terry) Smith of Washington Twp. He is preceded in death by his parents.

Per his wishes, cremation has taken place.
