Shirley Ann Laviolette

Shirley Ann LaViolette, age 83, passed away on Sunday, July 21, 2019 at her home in Lupton. She was born on April 17, 1936 in Buchannan, TN to James and Annie (Dick) Gibson. She lived in Lupton since 1984, formerly of Waterford. Shirley enjoyed gardening, crossword puzzles, bowling, fishing, going on casino trips and playing the lottery. She also enjoyed making peanut brittle during the Christmas holiday to give to family and friends.

Shirley is survived by her sister, Donna Sexton of Murray, KY; niece, Sherrie (Jared) Paschall; great nephew, Sawyer; and many close friends, neighbors and her late husband’s family. She is preceded in death by her husband, Jack, her parents and step father, Joseph Paulson.

Visitation at Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in Rose City will begin on Thursday, July 25, 2019 from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 2:00 p.m. Deacon Glen Painter will officiate.

Memorial Contributions can be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
