Sandra Kay Harrison

Sandra Kay Harrison, age 59, passed away at her home in Prescott, MI on Thursday, June 20, 2019 with her family by her side. She was born on July 13, 1959 in Bay City to Donald and Lyla (Wegener) Wackerly. She married Samuel Harrison in Auburn on October 25, 1980. Sandy was a volunteer coordinator for Hospice of Helping Hands for 10 years. She was an active member of the Faith Lutheran Church in Prescott. She loved singing in the choir and her flower garden. Sandy especially loved and adored her time with her grandchildren. She had a passion for sharing her love for Jesus and would bring people together in prayer.

Sandy is survived by her loving husband, Samuel Harrison; daughter, Leslie (Scott) Kenney; son, Patrick (Annie) Harrison; grandchildren, Harrison, Hudson, Davis, Corbin and Ellie; sister, Susan (Michael) Halm; mother and father in law, Roy and Ruth Harrison; brothers in law, Craig (Carol) Harrison and Walt (Dawn) Harrison; sister in law, Becky (Gary) Morgan; several nieces and nephews; and many loving and supportive friends and family.

Visitation at Steuernol and McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch will begin on Friday, July 12, 2019 from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held at the Faith Lutheran Church in Prescott on Saturday, July 13, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. with visitation starting at 10:00 a.m. Rev. Dan Jansen will officiate.
