Sandra Carole Savick

Sandra Carole Savick, age 74, passed away on Friday, January 6, 2017 in Rose City, MI with her daughter by her side. She was born on December 2, 1942 in Highland Park, MI to Clarence and Lorrene (Pyle) Thatcher. Sandra worked for the City of Birmingham with the Election Board for years. She enjoyed playing Bingo, spending time with her family and friends, and was a Girl Scout leader for many years.

Sandra is survived by her daughter, Carolyn (John Pellegrin) Martens of Rose City, MI; granddaughter, Crystal Gatewood; grandsons, Mikey and Danny Crowell; and great grandchildren, Amare Allen, Mariley Crowell, Anna and Brendon Crowell. She is preceded in death by her husbands, Donald Savick and Richard Crowell, and parents, Odie and Lorrene Nance and Clarence Thatcher, and step son, Mike Crowell.

A Memorial Service will be held at Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch, MI on Saturday, January 14, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. with visitation starting at 11:00 a.m.
