Ryan D. Smagacz

Ryan D. Smagacz, age 30, passed away on Thursday, June 5, 2014 in St. Helen, MI. Ryan was born on May 8, 1984 in Royal Oak, MI to David Smagacz and Susan Johnson. Formally of Sterling Heights, MI, he has lived in St. Helen and Northern Michigan since 2006. Ryan received a certificate for dog grooming and enjoyed being outdoors as he was an avid fisherman. He also enjoyed hunting, gardening, and being with his family and friends. Ryan is survived by his mother, Susan Smagacz of Sterling Heights, MI; sister, Ashley Smagacz, and grandmother, Emily Smagacz, both of Sterling Heights. He is preceded in death by his father, David Smagacz; grandparents, Gerald and Barbara Johnson; and grandfather, Aloysius Smagacz. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
