Roy Warren Brackett

Roy Warren Brackett, 64, beloved partner, father and grandfather passed away April 9, 2013 at his winter home in Florida. He was born in Saginaw, Michigan to Virgina and George Brackett on July 4, 1948. He graduated from Bridgeport High School and served in the US ARMY in Vietnam . Roy enjoyed the outdoors, camping, working with wood and time with his friends and family. Roy is survived by his life partner Charles Chapin; his daughter Sarah (Rob) Witgen; his mother Virginia Brackett; his grandchildren William Massey II, Andrew Massey and Michaela Witgen. Also surviving him are two brothers and three sisters. He was predeceased by his father. A Memorial Service will take place at 12:00 pm, May 18, 2013 at Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home, 109 E.
