Roxann Babcock

Roxann Babcock, age 55 of West Branch, passed away Wednesday September 7, 2011 at Bay Regional Medical Center in Bay City. Roxann had lived in West Branch for all of her life. She was a member of Bikers for Kids and a past member of the West Branch H.O.G. She enjoyed bingo, riding motorcycles, gardening, reading and her grandchildren. She owned and operated Mr. Mike’s Family Restaurant since 1986. Roxann is survived by her husband Mike Babcock of West Branch, her children Jasmine Stamm and Carmen Kern both of West Branch, 7 grandchildren: Dalton, Tyler, Mark, Caleb, Taylor, Brianna and Isabelle. Also surviving are her parents, Richard and Marquieta Sheppard of West Branch, her sister Amber (Jeff) Grezeszak and her brother Rodney (Stacey) Sheppard both of West Branch. Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch will begin on Saturday, September 10, 2011 from 3-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home. Pastor Janet Larner will officiate. Memorial Contributions may be made to the family.
