Ronald James Zettel

Ronald James Zettel, age 76, passed away on Thursday, June 29, 2023, at My Michigan Medical Center in West Branch, MI. He was born on June 19, 1947, in West Branch to Eugene and Arlene (Scharich) Zettel.

Ron served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He owned and operated Zettel Collision in West Branch for 47 years.

He lost his beloved dog, Sophie, and wants to acknowledge his beloved dog, Abbey, who is still with us.

Ron is survived by his loving wife Pauline Zettel of 54 years; children Brittany (Laura Marentette) Zettel, Gavin (Elaine) Zettel, Rorie (Amy) Zettel, and Linsey (Joshua) Schumann; grandchildren Zachary Zettel, Joshua Zettel, Nicole Zettel, Owen Zettel, Ty Schumann, Leah Schumann, and Hunter Zettel; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Per his wishes, cremation has taken place and no service is scheduled at this time.
