Ronald Emery Mccarty Jr.

Ronald Emery McCarty Jr., age 60, passed away peacefully at his home in Hale with his family by his side on Tuesday, September 24, 2019. He was born on July 20, 1959 in Detroit to Ronald and Carol (Michalski) McCarty Sr. Ronald enjoyed hunting, gardening, fishing, spending time on the water, playing backgammon and spending time with his dog.

Ronald is survived by his children, Alex Jack Konenske of Eastpointe, Ron McCarty of Warren and Caitlin McCarty of Madison Heights; parents, Ron and Carol McCarty of Hale; siblings, Joe (Lisa) McCarty of Clarkston, Carl McCarty of Hale, Judy Sehi of Pontiac and Kelly McCarty of Taylor; brother in law, Bill Roe of Houghton Lake; and many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his sister, Edrie Roe and brother in law, Jeff Sehi.

Per his wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
