Roger R. Colton

Mr. Colton passed away at his home. He had lived in Prescott since 1977, formerly of Royal Oak. He was a retired member of the Electrical Workers Local 58 of Detroit, past governor and fellow of the Skidway Lake Moose Lodge #440, and a charter member of the Prescott-Skidway Lions Club. Mr. Colton is survived by his wife Avis Colton of Prescott, children--Greg (Sue) Colton and Lisa (Michael) Pruesner both of Prescott and Laura (Dennis) Laga of Royal Oak. 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home will begin on Sunday May 4, 2003 from 6-9 P.M. and Monday from 1-9 P.M. The Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, 3:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Rev Dan Stoneback will officiate with burial following at Mills Township Cemetery. Memorial Contributions may be made to Hospice of Helping Hands, 335 E. Houghton Ave. West Branch, Michigan 48661.
