Robert W. Worden

Mr. Worden, age 83, passed away at Bay Regional Medical Center in Bay City. He had been a resident of West Branch since 1949, and owned and operated Ogemaw Printcrafters from 1949 to 1975. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of West Branch and an avid snowmobiler. Mr. Worden is survived by his children, Connie (Joe) Leslie of Alger, Sarah (Bob) Oliver of West Branch, Barbara (Paul) Niffenegger and David (Trina) Worden all of Cary NC, 10 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild and his brother Kenneth Worden of Capac, MI. He was preceded in death by his wife Elizabeth, his parents, William and Geneva and brothers, Donald and Edward. Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch will begin on Saturday evening from 7-9 P.M. and Sunday from 12-9 P.M. The Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Monday April 19, 2004 at the funeral home. Rev. Mark Miller will officiate with burial following at Brookside Cemetery, West Branch. Memorial Contributions may be made to the First United Methodist Church, West Branch.
