Robert L. Pugno

Robert L. Pugno, age 78, passed away at his home in West Branch, MI on Tuesday, November 14, 2017. He had lived in West Branch since 1992. Bob was born on August 22, 1939 in Detroit, MI to Estero and Virginia (Simon) Pugno. He served in the United States Army for 3 years and then extended his service for the Berlin Crisis. He married Donna Hendry on September 20, 1984 in Garden City, MI. Bob was an avid hunter, fisherman, and gardener. When Bob retired from General Motors in 1992 and moved to West Branch, he began building his dream home with the help of family and his many friends.

Bob is survived by his loving wife, Donna Pugno; children, Robert B. Pugno, Jill Pugno, Frank (Cerise) Laskowski, Steven Laskowski and Julie (Mike) Schultz; 11 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren; and sisters, Roberta Cholette and Faith (William) Pousho.

Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at a later time.
