Robert James Kropp

Robert James Kropp, age 71, passed away Tuesday, August 13, 2013 at his home. Bob has lived in West Branch area since 1978 and was previously from Newberry. He was born to Joseph and Mildred Kropp on April 25, 1942 in Newberry, MI. Bob enjoyed fishing, hunting, boating, outdoors, guitars, and entertaining family and friends. Bob is survived by his wife of 49 years, Diann Kropp from St. Helen, his children, William Joseph Kropp – Teresa Jean Kropp (Fessler) of Clifford, MI, Michelle Elaine Verrett (Kropp) – Joseph William Verrett of St.Helen, MI, Roxann Dee Sharrow (Kropp) of West Branch, MI, Jason Paul Kropp – Bernice Kropp of West Branch, Jeremy James Kropp of St. Helen, MI, his grandchildren, Specialist Travis Lee Verrett, Desiree Dee Sharrow, Alivia Ann Kropp, Shalayne Elaine Verrett, Taylor Michael Sharrow, Kalea Marie Kropp, Whitney Kropp, Jason Paul Kropp Jr, Keaton James Kropp, Chris Fessler, Nick Fessler, Stephanie Fessler, Shantel Fessler, his great grandchildren, Charity Elizabeth Queen, Trinity Jordan Fessler, Levi David Fessler, Carly Jean Fessler, Jeremiah Clinton Queen, Katelynn Fessler, Lauren Fessler, Lilla Rayne Verrett, and Darren Lowell Verrett. Also surviving are his brothers Charles Huntwork, Montie Huntwork (Kay) and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Mildred Kropp, sister Joann Kropp and brother, Gordon Kropp. Visitation at Edwards Township Cemetery in West Branch will begin on Friday, August 16, 2013 from 2:30 p.m. until the time of the graveside service at 3 p.m. Pastor Tim LaVere will officiate. Memorial contributions can be made to the family.
