Robert Charles Sherman Jr.

Robert Charles Sherman Jr., age 62, passed away on Friday, October 19, 2018 at his home in West Branch, MI. He had lived in West Branch for the past 5 years, formerly of Harper Woods, MI. Robert was born on November 9, 1955 in Detroit to Robert and Anna (Grytzelius) Sherman Sr.. He retired from General Motors as a model maker and enjoyed riding bikes, hunting, and woodworking.

Robert is survived by his daughters, Karen Sherman of Port Huron and Christine (Bill) Smith of Macomb; mother, Anna Sherman of Prescott; brother, Jim Sherman of Prescott; grandchildren, Billie, Miranda, Hanna and Morgan; great grandchild, Ben; and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father, Robert Sr., wife, Nancy in September 2018, and grandson, Kyle.

Visitation at Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch will begin on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at 11:30 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 1:30 p.m. Mark White will officiate.
