Richard L. Mcarthur

Richard L. McArthur, age 53, passed away Saturady, November 15, 2008 at his home, while fighting cancer to the end. Richard had lived in West Branch since 1993, formerly of Flint. He loved hunting, boating, spending time with family, and the outdoors. Richard is survived by his wife, Linda McArthur of West Branch, son, Christopher Montney of West Branch, daughter, Samantha (Mick) Petty of Lupton, daughter, Melissa (Scott) Spencer of Lake Wood, WA, son Richard (Shannon) McArthur Jr. of West Branch, son, Anthony McArthur of West Branch, grandchildren, Jordan, Aubrey, and Miranda Montney, Justice and Dauson Petty, Thomas and Matthew Spencer, Hunter McArthur, Anthony Jr. and Isabella McArthur, mother, Maxine McArthur of Burton, sister, Diane McArthur of Burton, brother, Ken (Terry) McArthur of Flint, sister, Marlene (Rob) Fong of Millington, sister, Vickie McArthur of Burton and a special niece who was thought of like a daughter, Tammy McArthur. Richard was preceded in death by father, Harry McArthur, brother, Terry Lee McArthur, and Brother-in-law, Allen Burns. Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch will begin Monday, November 17, 2008 from 5-9 PM, Tuesday November 18, 2008 from 2-9 PM and Wednesday, November 19, 2008 from 9 AM until time of funeral service at 11 AM. Burial will follow at Campbell Corners Cemetery. Pastor Sean Rodgers will officiate. Memorial contribitons may be made to the family.
