Richard Kenneth Dailey, age 71, passed away on Friday, December 06, 2013 at McLaren Bay Region in Bay City, MI. Richard has lived in West Branch for 35 years, formerly of Sterling Heights. He was born to Phillip and Nola Dailey on October 9, 1942 in Detroit, MI. Richard owned and operated Buccilli’s Pizzeria for 15 years. You could find him delivering pizza and chatting with his customers. He enjoyed riding his Harley all over town, even when he shouldn’t. He also enjoyed music, driving his Mustang Convertible and spending time with his family. Richard is survived by his wife, Nancy Dailey, of West Branch, MI, his children: Shelly (Eric) Clemens, Dawn (Ed) Stamm, Janet (Steve Guntzviller) Rogers, and Deanna (Dean) Lawrence all of West Branch, MI; his grandchildren: Ricky (Brandi), Joni (Dustin), Tommy, Chelsey, Demi, Brooke, Carli, Michael, Aliese, Macy and Mary; and his great grandchildren: Addison and Mikinlee. Also surviving is his mother-in-law, Mary Buccilli of West Branch, MI and many nieces, nephews, and friends. Richard is preceded in death by his parents and 6 brothers and sisters. Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch will begin on Sunday, December 8, 2013 from 2-9 p.m. On Monday, Richard will lie in state at St. Joseph Catholic Church in West Branch beginning at 10:00 a.m. until the Celebration of Life Mass at 11:00 a.m. Father Patrick Maher will officiate.
