Raymond Lewis Wiebusch, born April 3, 1947 in Detroit, MI died Tuesday, October 13, 2009 at home. Eldest son of Roy and Marion (Vandecar) Wiebusch. He leaves behind his loving wife Shirley, whom he married August 1, 2009 in Saginaw, children Amy Wiebusch, Ramona (Ron) Waldorf, Faith Neubauer, Sue Wiebusch, stepchildren, Jeannette Nichols, Sandra (Kirk) Frey, Linda Judkins. Also surviving are 12 grandchildren, 9 step-grandchildren, 2 step great-grandchildren, 2 brothers, Rodney R. and Reggie J. Wiebusch and 2 sisters, Debbi M. Ebel and Kay M. Volpe. Ray was a Vietnam veteran, serving in the M.A.N.C.H.U. Unit. He served 6 tours in Vietnam, receiving 4 purple hearts and 2 bronze stars. Ray was a righteous man of many talents. He drove the church bus for over 25 years touching many childrens lives. His other talents include welding, gunsmithing, taxidermy and mechanical knowledge, a man who could make something out of next to nothing. He was a man who was concerned about the salvation of all. He was an active member of Skidway Lake Baptist Church. A Celebration of Life was held at the church on Sunday, October 18, 2009 at 11:00 a.m.
