Randall James Zimmer

Randall James Zimmer, age 65, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, October 25, 2019 in Alger. He lived in Standish for the past couple years, formerly of West Branch. He was born on July 9, 1954 in Bay City to Albert and Lois (Hanover) Zimmer. Randall worked construction most of his life and had many side jobs. He was always willing to lend you a hand at the drop of a hat. He loved hanging out with family and friends and sitting around a bon fire having a cold beer. Randall loved to bicycle all over the county and loved the outdoors.

Randall is survived by his brothers, Allen Zimmer of Bay City and John Zimmer of West Branch; nieces and nephew: Janette (Terry) Miles, Jennifer Zimmer and Joseph (Amanda) Zimmer; uncle, Edward Zimmer of West Branch; aunt, Cora Terry of West Branch; many great nieces and nephews and cousins; and his best friend of 20 years, Sue and her children. He is preceded in death by his parents.

Cremation has taken place and no service is scheduled at this time.
