Philip Jerry Lacosse

Philip Jerry LaCosse, age 81, passed away on Monday, November 15, 2021 at MidMichigan Medical Center in West Branch, MI. He lived in Prudenville, MI since 2018, formerly of Wauchula, FL.

Philip was born on April 1, 1940 in Delta County, MI to Philip and Lorraine (Johnson) Lacosse. He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War from 1960-1962.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and being outdoors. He could tear anything apart and put it back together without a problem. He was a mechanic by trade.

Philip is survived by his children, Howard LaCosse of Rose City, Jerry (Chali) Lacosse of Rose City, Carla Lacosse of Prudenville, and Sandy LaCosse of Prudenville; 15 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, 3 sisters and 3 brothers.

He is preceded in death by is parents, wife, Donna Fay LaCosse, great granddaughter, Nevaeh Lynn, and brothers, Richard, Melvin, and Brian Lacosse.

A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
