Paul Franzosi, 81, of West Branch, passed away peacefully on October 2, 2024. Born on September 29, 1943, Paul lived a life filled with passion, love, and dedication to his family and community.
Paul is survived by his beloved wife, Sandra, with whom he shared many years of happiness. He was a devoted father to his three sons, Brian, Mike, and Nick Franzosi, and a loving brother to his sister, Kay. He is also survived by his cherished daughters-in-law, Melissa Franzosi and Laura Franzosi. His grandchildren—Eli, Francesca, Ian, Vincent, Joseph, Alisha, Jake, and Tyler—were a constant source of pride and joy.
An avid outdoorsman, Paul had a lifelong love for hunting, and he took great pride in his woodworking projects. His craftsmanship reflected his patience and skill. Paul was also passionate about hotrods and racing, spending many happy hours immersed in these pursuits, sharing his love for cars with friends and family.
Paul’s life was a testament to hard work, love for adventure, and his commitment to the people he cared about most. His wisdom, generosity, and sense of humor will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Visitation will begin on Friday, October 4, 2024, at Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The funeral service with veteran honors will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2024, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in West Branch at 11:00 a.m. with visitation starting at 10:00 a.m. Father David Parsch will officiate. Burial will follow at Alger Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Maxwell Therapy Center in West Branch.
Though his passing leaves a profound void, the love and memories Paul created will continue to live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
