Patrick James Ruegsegger

Patrick James Ruegsegger, age 64, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at his home in West Branch, MI. Patrick lived in West Branch for most of his life. He was born on January 9, 1958 to the late Samuel Joseph Ruegsegger and Blanche Avon (Teeple) Ruegsegger.

Patrick worked at Hyperion Materials and Technologies for many years and was extremely devoted to his job. He enjoyed being outdoors and watching football. He was a fun, loving person and always had something funny to say. He will be missed by many.

Patrick is survived by his children, Alyssa (Isiah) Ruegsegger, Lindsey (Delynn) Wiseman, and Andrew Ruegsegger; grandchildren, Aryanna, Kaylee, Colton, and Nolan; brothers and sisters, Jean (Bob) Kartes, Judy (Norman) Painter, Janet (Jerry) Norton, Hugh (Virginia) Ruegsegger, Martin (Judy) Ruegsegger, and Mike (Jan) Ruegsegger; and many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his sisters, Catherine and Doris, sister-in-law, Linda, brother, Sam and brothers-in-law, Lloyd, Ernie, Bob, and Norman.

Visitation at Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch will be held on Friday, February 4, 2022 from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
