Patricia L. Bolyard

Patricia L. Bolyard, age 92, passed away Friday, August 23, 2013 in West Branch. Patricia has lived in West Branch since 1950, formerly of Twining. She was born to George and Elizabeth Henning on September 5, 1920 in Twining, MI. Patricia was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. She enjoyed baking, cooking, crocheting, playing the piano, Detroit Tiger baseball and her cats. Patricia is survived by her daughters, Janis (Gerry) Leak of Nunica, MI, and Patti Bolyard of Saginaw, 5 grandchildren, Tracy Alger, Kelly Klukos, R.J. Wicks, Victoria Wicks and Kimberlee (Dwjuan) Miller, 8 great-grandchildren, and 10 great-great- grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Bolyard, and 3 sisters, Mae Hagen, Hazel Viele, and Madge Johannes. Visitation at Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch will begin on Sunday, August 25, 2013 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m with a ladies rosary at 3:30 p.m. On Monday, Pat will lie in state at St. Joseph Catholic Church in West Branch beginning at 10:00 a.m. until the Celebration of Life at 11:00 a.m. Father Patrick Maher will officiate. Burial will take place at 2:00 p.m. at St. Joseph Cemetery. Memorial Contributions may be made to Hospice of Helping Hands, West Branch, Michigan.
