Patricia A. Clason, age 85, passed away Saturday, January 5, 2013 at West Branch Regional Medical Center. Patricia was born April 11, 1927 in Pontiac, the daughter of Leslie and Ellen Dean. Patricia had lived in Lupton since 1980, formerly of Rochester Hills. Patricia enjoyed crafts, crocheting, sewing, reading, and crossword and word search puzzles. Patricia was also a member of the Red Hat Society. Patricia is survived by her son, Marty (Robin) Clason of Lake Orion, son, Harold II (Debbie) Clason of Rochester Hills, son, Ronnie (Anne Ferner) Clason of Rochester Hills, daughter, Ellen (Gilbert) Scott of Lupton, 9 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Also surviving are sister, Joan Lambert of Pontiac, brother, Larry (Sharon) Dean of Parrish, FL, brother, Jim Dean of Plymouth and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by husband, Harold L. Clason and daughter, Suzanne A. Spaven. Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch will begin on Tuesday, January 8, 2013 from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. On Thursday, January 10, 2013, visitation will be held at Pixley Funeral Home in Auburn Hills from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the Pixley Funeral Home on Friday, January 11, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Gary Jones officiating. Burial will take place at White Chapel Memorial Cemetery in Troy, Michigan. Memorial Contributions may be made to Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
