Nicholas J. Osborn

Nicholas J. Osborn, age 24 of St. Helen, passed away suddenly Wednesday, December 23, 2009. Nicholas had lived in St. Helen for all of his life. He earned a Bachelors Degree in criminal justice and psychology from Central Michigan University. He was all conference in football and he enjoyed fishing, hunting and being outdoors. Nicholas is survived by his parents, Norman and Cynthia Osborn of St. Helen, his brother, Norman J. Osborn (Emily Simons) of Traverse City, sisters, Danielle (Russ) Nowiski of Sandusky and Adrienne Osborn (Mike Selerno) of Florida, his niece Ava, girlfriend, Sarah Friedriechsen, his grandparents Jean & Sherwood Bredin of Allen Park, his dogs Ozzie and Stella and many cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Norman Osborn Sr, Florence Osborn and Truman Johnson. Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in St. Helen will begin on Saturday, December 26, 2009 from 5-9 p.m. and Sunday from 12-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday at the funeral home. Rev. Rodney Morrison will officiate with burial following at Fairview Cemetery in St. Helen.
