Nancy Jean Woughter

Nancy Jean Woughter, age 55 of West Branch, passed away Sunday, June 26, 2011 at West Branch Regional Medical Center. Nancy had lived in West Branch since 1984, formerly of the Detroit area. She was employed at Bortz Health Care in West Branch for 20 years and she enjoyed camping, crafts and fishing. Nancy is survived by her husband Jim Woughter of West Branch, children, Scott (Kerry) Woughter of Prescott, Jeremy (Dawn) Woughter of Whittemore and Mandy (Matt) Studzinski of Dearborn, 11 grandchildren and her mother JoAnn Gibson of Centerline. Also surviving are her sisters, Pat (Carl) Owens of Florida, Debbie (Paul) Owens of Centerline, Sandy Lyle of Missouri, Sharon Gibson of Detroit, Carol Smith and Shirley Gibson both of Port Huron and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Floyd Gibson. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday July 2, 2011 at St. John Lutheran Church in West Branch. Pastor Howard Travis will officiate.
