Mildred “Millie” Ann Anklam, age 89, passed away on Friday, July 17, 2015 in St. Helen, MI. She had lived in St. Helen since 1968, formerly of Saginaw, MI. Millie was born to William and Lillian (Lytle) Case in Saginaw, MI on May 15, 1926. She was a member of the Hope Lutheran Church, American Legion Auxiliary Post #416, VFW Auxiliary Post #5680, Eagles Post #3646, and the Fraternal Order of Eagles-West Branch.
Millie is survived by her children, Linda Quinonez of St. Helen, MI and Ray (Darlene) Taylor of King George, VA; step children, Barbara (Richard) Cramer of Sun City, AZ and Beverly Connell of Saginaw, MI; 8 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and 6 great great grandchildren; and sister in law, Marilyn Case of Saginaw, MI. She is preceded in death by her husband, Edward Anklam; parents, William and Lillian; grandson, Brian Kirby; and brothers, William (Virginia) Case and Gilbert Case.
Visitation at the Hope Lutheran Church in St. Helen will be on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 beginning at 10:00 am until the time of service at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery in St. Helen. Rev. Rodney Morrison, Pastor will officiate.
Memorial Contributions may be made to Hospice of Helping Hands, Hope Lutheran Church or the Roscommon County Animal Shelter.
