Michael Boback

Michael Boback, age 77, of St. Helen and Bradenton, FL, formerly of Sterling Heights died Tuesday September 25, 2007 at home in the care of Hospice of Helping Hands. Mr. Boback was born in Twin Rocks, PA and came to Michigan as a child. He is survived by his beloved wife, the former Eleanor von Reuschenberg and three children, JoEllen (Timothy) Gault-Light of Sterling Heights, ViviAnne Briggs of Center Line and Michael Jr. (Robin) of Washington Township. Eight grandchildren, Jamie (Larry) Black of Shelby Township, James (Melissa) Gault and Jason Gault, both of St.Clair Shores, Christopher (Amanda) Briggs of East Pointe, Gary Briggs of Ohio, Air Force Sargeant Michael (Sara) Boback III of Aviano, Italy, Cassandra and Austin Boback of Shelby Township, also ten great-grandchildren, five sisters, one brother and many nieces and nephews. Mr Boback was a heavy equipment repairman until he retired at 53. He has been a resident of St. Helen since 1986. He will always be remembered as a wonderful husband, father and friend. He will be sorely missed. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
