Maxine loved life and lived it to the fullest. She also loved her family, had a caring heart, and would help anyone in need.

Maxine is survived by her son Charles (Joan) Holecek and daughter Kristeen (Larry) Howard, both of West Branch; grandchildren April (Mike) DeSander, Amy (Trent) Sanborn, Hope Jones, and Heather Cook; ten great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; brother Kenneth McCollum of Mio; several nieces and nephews and many other loving family and friends.

She is predeceased by her parents; husband Carl; daughter Maxine Jr.; son Carl James Holecek; grandson William Howard; granddaughters Shari Holecek and Christine Holecek; and siblings Celia, Clifford, Chad, Jim, Cass, Don, and Marshall.

Pursuant to Maxine’s wishes no services will be held, and internment has taken place at Oak Grove Cemetery in South Branch, Michigan.
