Mary Elizabeth Slusher

Mary Elizabeth Slusher, age 63, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 8, 2018 at her home in Alger, MI. She was born on July 20, 1955 in Dearborn, MI to Harvey and Margaret (Boland) Gibbings. Mary has lived in Forest Lake for almost two years, formerly of Canton and Dearborn. She enjoyed gardening and reading.

Mary is survived by her daughter, Rachel Slusher of Canton; grandchildren, Dominick and Jace both of Canton; ex-husband, Richard Slusher of Canton; and siblings, Fred Gibbings of Belleville, Tom (Barb) Gibbings of Macomb, Sally Parsons of Rochester, NY, Jim (Sandra) Gibbings of Livonia, and Pat (Tom) Wall of Forest Lake. She is preceded in death by her parents, Harvey and Margaret.

A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, September 23, 2018 at the Park Place Banquet Hall, 23400 Park St., Dearborn, MI 48124 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
