Mary E. England

Mary Elizabeth England, age 87, was called home to be with the Lord and the love of her life on Saturday November 14, 2020 at The Villa of West Branch. Mary was born on April 18, 1933 in Paris, Mississippi to Joseph and Sally Bowles. Mary married Robert England on April 10, 1954 in Angola, Indiana. They had sixty wonderful years of pure love and happiness, that everyone greatly admired. Mary and Robert moved to West Branch in 1968 where they spent the remainder of their lives with their family. Mary worked at Colonial Village Bakery in West Branch for many years and was known as “Mother Mary”.

Mary enjoyed cooking, bingo, crocheting, reading, crossword puzzles, watching morning talk shows, going to flea markets, getting pampered at the salon and by her Granddaughter Zoe, but most importantly spending time with her family.

Mary is survived by her daughters, Jean of Trinidad, TX. Michelle (Bud) Hamilton, Cheryl (Kevin Tobian) Hill, Robin (Brad Hughey) Hoyer, son Joseph England of West Branch, her sister Patricia (Jim) Clayton, grandchildren Brian (Katelyn) Herrera, Billy Campbell, Dustin (Rachel) England, Jessica (Matt) Bennett, John (Carrie) Raymond, Todd Doty, Melissa (Gabe) Watkins and Zoe Holbert, great-grandchildren Paityn, Brynn, Olivia, Greyson, Ellisyn, Ryder, Case, Leighton and Amelia

Mary is preceded in death by her husband Robert, sister, Dorothy Manser, brother in law Jack Manser, parents Joseph and Sally Bowles, niece Sandy Carson, son in laws Dennis Hoyer and BJ Willis and grand puppy Rayne.

Per Mary's wishes, no services will be held at this time.
